With the kind permission of the organizers, cultural creators, cultural institutions, and users of the app.

All content on the kultur klub ulm app (text, images, graphics, design/layout, lettering, and logos) is protected by copyright. Data or information from the app may not be reproduced or distributed without the consent of the operator or the respective authors; no changes may be made. The use of all information and data is subject exclusively to German law. The terms of use of the kultur klub ulm app apply.

The use of the app by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent.

All data collected for the kultur klub ulm app will be used exclusively for the purposes of this project.

The kultur klub ulm app contains links to external third-party websites over whose content and design the city of Ulm has no influence. The city of Ulm accepts no responsibility for this external content. The respective providers or operators of the linked sites are always responsible for their content and design.

However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove such links immediately.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to any disputes that may arise. The place of jurisdiction is Ulm.
