Grey on the outside – culture on the inside
After a period of vacancy, the striking building in the immediate vicinity of Ehinger Tor is being revitalised under the name NEUE 8: the upper floor and part of the ground floor will initially be leased to artists, cultural professionals and other socially engaged individuals for a two-year trial period until the end of 2027. The focus is on temporary uses for art, culture and creativity, as well as cultural and social participation.
NEUE 8 is particularly suitable for projects with a slightly longer duration of several days or weeks, but can also be rented for individual days. The upper floor and ground floor can be used independently of each other or together.
