They all end up here and linger for an hour or two at the table for two in Café Liebling: couples and the separated, friends and strangers, the stranded and the adventurous, there's even a speed-dating session - with no chance of success, of course. Or is it? The whole world revolves around the table for two, humorous and melancholy at the same time, and the song of longing is heard again and again.
The highlight: the whole round dance is performed by the waitress and waiter, who also sing their favorite songs and perhaps even find love in the end.
A Table for Two is a feast for an actress and an actor: fast-paced role changes, pointed dialog and touching songs. A light summer comedy with heart and depth, love and humor, melancholy songs and a touch of longing. - Who hasn't felt it before, loneliness?
