Grounded Movement: discover floorwork & flow
Organiser ROXY gGmbH:
In this open session, we encounter the floor as a partner - as a space for support, resistance and flow. Through ground-oriented movement, we explore how the body can roll, glide and shift with ease - gravity as a guide.
Based on somatic principles, we begin with breath-centered exercises that awaken body awareness and structural alignment. Step by step, we develop dynamic sequences that activate the connection between center and limbs and allow movement to unfold with clarity and intention.
Through the interplay of breath, momentum and weight, participants will discover a more intuitive relationship with the floor.
This workshop invites you to experience the body as a sensitive, expressive instrument - attentive, connected and alive in movement.
The open session takes place on a donation basis. Daniela is happy to receive a small donation.
