Working in the theater is multifaceted. This series of workshops provides insights into various areas that are necessary and contribute to the success of stagecraft. Vocal training and singing are planned, as well as practical insights into trades such as the painting room. Our workshop series gives you the opportunity to learn tricks of the trade from our professionals! No previous knowledge is required.

Blood, wounds and more - make-up for the stage [10+]
Have you always wanted to know how an actor or actress is made up as Dracula, Marilyn, from old to young or, for example, as a tiger?
The two make-up artists invite you to look over their shoulders as they work in the Ulm Theater's make-up department.
How long does it take to make a wig out of human hair? What does it take to create dazzling make-up in the stage lights? And why does fake blood feel so cold on the skin? You will get answers to these and other questions.
