Vienna-based artist Nana Mandl's installation about enduring and sticking together on a daily basis uses the architecture of the Schuhhaussaal to pose a central question: Which pillars really support our society? The textile collages focus on the often invisible work of women and mothers, which is performed under constant social pressure of expectation, but without which our everyday lives would fall apart.
