15 years of P'tits Fils de Jeanine - An anniversary of music, humor and joie de vivre

The French band Les P'tits Fils de Jeanine is celebrating its 15th anniversary on stage in 2026 - and invites the audience to experience this extraordinary journey full of energy, humor and joy of playing live.

Known for their unmistakable mix of chanson, brass, folk and street theater, the musicians have been delighting fans all over Europe for a decade and a half. With tongue-in-cheek self-irony, driving rhythms and a rousing stage presence, they transform every concert into a celebration of life.

The band's story begins - like so many good stories - with "Mémé" Jeanine. She once sent her musical grandchildren out on the road to earn a few coins. Improvised melodies and spontaneous performances turned into an unmistakable style that today stands for pure joy of playing and handmade sound.

Their songs tell of everyday life, of hope, of the humor of small things - and of how music connects people. Balalaika, accordion, wind instruments, theater and improvisation merge into a warm-hearted sound cocktail that gets every hall moving.
