“I Saw Three Suns” – Premiering at the Gasthaus zum Lamm in Lautern
“I Saw Three Suns” returns to the stage on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.—and for the first time at the “Gasthaus zum Lamm” in Lautern, the new venue for “Schukrafts Wundertüte.”
A strange package and Schubert’s music tear a man away from his everyday life. His winter journey to the former GDR leads him on the trail of his family—and to himself. Like Schubert’s “Winterreise,” the play is wistful, yet at the same time comforting and full of quiet hope.
Directed by the author, the play stars Andreas Laufer. The piano recordings are by Magnus Schneider; Maria Rosendorfsky sings two songs.
Performances: Sunday, October 25, and Sundays, November 1, 8, and 15, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. each evening Ticket reservations by phone: 0151 54848470
